Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original accessories and documentation.
Items that show signs of misuse, damage caused after delivery, or alterations may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we may decline returns where the product has been used, modified, or damaged after delivery, except where required by law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
